A Business Intelligence Success
The case study below summarizes our work with Flow International, the world leader in the development and manufacture of ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) Waterjet technology, by implementing their "game changing" BI solution on top of their Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP foundation.
As a result of this project Flow International has seen substantial increases in On-Time Delivery, controlled supplier purchase price variances (PPV), controlled departmental cost center expenses and much more. This was all achieved without a single purchase of new business intelligence software and it was completed entirely with the tools they already owned (Microsoft Business Intelligence stack) and technologies they already knew!
