Tara Vagen has over 20 years of experience with international consulting firms Price Waterhouse, IBM and WRQ Consulting Services. Tara's experiences working in organizations large and small has created a keen focus for organizational efficiency, skills development, and customer satisfaction. She is driven by the challenge to provide the highest quality services in an ever demanding marketplace.
Tara's strengths lie in building and sustaining successful teams in a project or leadership environment. She has extensive project management experience with application development, packaged application, integration, and infrastructure projects. She has experience leading large project teams, working as a consultant to clients advising on best practices for projects, building and growing services organizations, and moving troubled projects to success.
Tara met and worked with Troy Anderson, founding Principal of Raining Virtue Solutions, at Price Waterhouse. They maintain a common zealousness for delivering good value and outstanding service to a diversified client base through the consulting, integration and managed services that Raining Virtue Solutions provides. Tara has been in leadership roles within services organizations large and small for the past 8 years. She has a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Tampa, and serves on the board of the Seattle chapter of the Alliance of Technology and Women.
